10. Order Processing

When you place an order you will be expected to provide Wholesale Washcloths / White Towel Services with valid and updated credit card information.

You authorize White Towel Services to charge your credit card for all purchased products and services listed in the order form. These charges shall be made in advance

Most orders will be processed and ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and shipping information and notifying Wholesale Washcloths / White Towel Services of any changes to this information.

Your credit card will be billed by White Towel Services.

11. Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated on a "per order / per item" basis and is based on the shipping option you select. We sometimes offer free shipping for selected products for promotions.

12. Shipping Timing

During checkout, you can choose a shipping time from the options provided. Next Day Delivery is available in select areas and ZIP codes. Next Day Delivery orders must be placed before 3 p.m. local time (Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship via Next Day service on the next business day). Orders placed after the deadline will be shipped the next day.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service.

Most orders will ship within 1-2 business days from the date of your order. If you have a required due date you must contact us and alert us of the due date. If you change your shipping address, please let us know immediately. Your final shipping cost will be available to you during checkout.

Expedited shipping is not available for orders shipped to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Orders to Alaska or Hawaii will be sent 2nd Day Air.

13. What if my item comes damaged?

If you see obvious damage to your order’s shipping box or packaging, please ask the driver to open the carton and inspect the contents with you. If you find damage, refuse the shipment and write, "Refused due to damage" on the delivery receipt.

Keep a copy of the delivery receipt with your notes regarding the damage and contact us immediately.

14. Returns

You can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.

• Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting us.
• The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. Your item must be in the original packaging.
• We do not accept returns for expired products.
• We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
• Ship the product as soon as possible so it arrives at our facility within 45 days of receipt of the item.
• We inspect all returned items and will refund you based on the condition of the item.

15. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved you can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases, you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks based on these factors:

• The time required for return shipping (up to 14 days)
• Product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days)
• Processing from your financial institution (up to 5 business days)

You will be notified via email with the details of the refund and we will issue the refund back to the form of payment used to make the purchase.
